Could we send you our application form?
Yes, you may send us your form as an email attachment for a background check. Though we do ask that you include all the necessary fields that we need to run a complete check (Complete First, Middle and Last name), DOB, and at least 7 years of residential history.
Do you report credit?
We do not report an actual credit number, however, we do report several fields that would indicate poor credit. For example, foreclosures, evictions, collections and bankruptcies.
Can you run a background check without 7 years of residential history?
Yes, we will run a background check even if the required amount of residential history is not given. If we are not able to find at least 7 years of history in our reported findings we will send the report back with an "incomplete" status.
Can we use our own disclosure form?
Yes, as long as we receive a copy of your disclosure forms for our records you can use your own and inform us that you had the subject person of the background sign the form.
Will I get charged with additional services without requesting them?
No, we will always inform you if additional services are needed before we conduct them. Though we do offer options that would limit the amount of services you would like per person to save time.
How does the same day guarantee work?
Any report that is requested before 3pm will be returned within the same day. This will not include weekends, holidays, or if the request has additional add-on requests. If you do not receive your request results within 24 hours please contact us.
Will I be automatically charged a membership fee?
No, no one will ever be charged an "automatic" fee. Members can join and renew membership upon request which will include reduced price services, discounted add-ons, priority background turn around time and frequent user promotions exclusively for members.
How long do I have to pay my bill?
Bills are due 10 days after they are received and a 15% charge fee will be applied if paid late.
